it is funny a lot of novice are claiming to be experts here. Blockchain cannot be hacked. Your private key can be stolen through several means. Another exception is when there is a bug in the code. Which is rare and would be discovered very early. those saying it can be hacked are novices claiming to be smart.

That's not true. It appears there's some insider job in blockchain.info with recent wave of hack despite 2 factor verification set, second password and strong password.
Avoid blockchain.info account by all cost. YOU WILL BE HACKED sooner or later.

Blockchain can be hacked. Don't be fooled.
Assuming he is using blockhain.info

Your wallets are stored in their servers, but they are all encrypted by the passwords you choose when they make said wallets.
Once there is a full security breach of blockchain.info server (This has happened before in the past) - Once you enter your password during the takeover, they can take your money.
In 2017 (Security researcher (Shashank) has discovered a critical vulnerability in blockchain.info, he was able to steal Bitcoin worth millions from blockchain.info. Weeks later he decided to return it back to blockchain.info.
Many users were affected and had their bitcoin stolen from their account despite never logging in to their account.
