Please fellow NL'ers,
Is there any limitation for a new user of payoneer transfering funds to another payoneer user?

Because i see on payoneer one must have $1000 before one can do wire transfer to bank. So i want to know if there's a set amount one must accrue before being able to send? And also, i read online that before being eligible to send payments to other users one must have received payment from payoneers partners.

Now, me being a new user and also am expecting my first payment from Google Adsense, will i have the eligibility (when google pays to my payoneer wallet) to send?

Anyone knowledgeable should help me out please..

1. If your buyer can make request of the payoneer fund. this may take 3 days to deliver

2. you may use your card to shop online

3. You may withdraw cash via ATM

i do not have the card tho so i guess am left with option 1..
