To all the idiots talking shiit, Muslims have less holidays than christians.

We've got the 2 Eids and Maulud making 3.

You've got 4: Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas, and New Year.

Religious conflicts are caused by idiots who detonate bombs in the name of religion and the hope of 72 virgins. Enjoy Idi Maluuu and stop complaining.

The Gregorian Calendar is not a religius calendar. The AD and BC designations were in use even before the Gregorian calendar came into existence.

WaffenSS:

D'uh

Gregorian Calendar?

In the AD (After Death of JC) format?

The number of Muslim holidays in a year is just so outrageous, yet they still cry of being marginalized. I remember one was campaigning that new year day holiday should be scrapped because their religion doesn't recognize it. Speak of double standard

"Civil" calendar, not "Religious" calendar. Jeez I know you guys follow the teachings of a stark illiterate, but do you have to keep embarrassing yourselves like utter dimwits? Did Gregory commission the Calendar to mark church activities alone or ALL general everyday activities?

You're calling someone a stark illiterate but you're the one here exhibiting all the symptoms of a crass fool.

The Gregorian Calendar is based on a Common Era, Anno Domini (AD), which means After Death of Jesus. We're in the year 2018, which denotes 2,018 years AFTER the death of Jesus.

So yes the Gregorian Calendar IS a christian calendar no matter how you christian apoligistic idiot tries to deny that fact.

Besides, a calendar endorsed by a Pope? Come on!

Please stop wallowing in ignorance, blissful as it obviously is for you, and read up a bit.

Confirmation bias is surely your bane.

Now fukk off and go read, asshole.

Wow. This sub intelligent simian is doubling down on his illiteracy.

It's amazing that after you defined the Gregorian Calendar as a "Civil" Calendar, you still insist that it is also a religious one. SMH. In case simple English comprehension is beyond your limited mental ability, this is what the word "Civil" means:

We know that Northerners are below average intelligent wise, but I won't accept such ignorance from you. No wonder you call yourself WaffenSS in spite of how the Nazis slaughtered your fellow black African muslims from Senegal like Sallah rams grin grin. If you don't believe me, youtube is your friend:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sr-mhKreJqo

Pope Gregory XIII, introduced the Gregorian Calendar in October 1582 to replace the Julian Calendar because it was more accurate in measuring the spaces of leap years to make the average year 365.2425 days long, approximating the 365.2422 day tropical year that is determined by the Earth's revolution around the Sun.

Religion had NOTHING to do with it. The use of AD and BC predated the Gregorian Calendar by about 900 years and was first introduced in the year 525 by Dionysius Exiguus of Scythia Minor, but was not widely used until after 800.

So you see my dear dimwit, it is you who needs to go back to ABU or whatever other glorified madrassa you attended and ask them to refund your school fees, because they didn't teach you nothing boy. grin grin grin

Interesting how this demented maggot insists on twisting history on its head. Are you ashamed of your own calendar?

Now, answer two questions or forever get lost:

1. Is the Civil (or Common) Era the same as the Anno Domini, or not?

2. Does AD signify count down from the death of Christ or not?

If you can't answer this, let alone accept it, then you're cursed to be an intellectual and physical pygmy forever.

Dumb piece of shiit motherfukker.

You ought to be ashamed of yourself for being so irredeemably stupid.

Hehhehe grin grin grin I just luuurrvv how a simple little truth can destabilise and rewire the brains of these ab-oki simpletons. They just can't deal with anything to do with truth or intelligence.

Even after pointing out that the calculation of dates using the birth of Jesus began almost a thousand years before the Gregorian Calendar, he is still frothing at the mouth like a rabid canine grin grin

I think next time I'll pick on someone who's got brains. Dealing with these single digit IQ niggas from NL's Islamic Section is giving me a migraine. cheesy cheesy

New Year is NOT for everybody

Jews, Muslims, Indians, Chinese, Buddhists, etc don't celebrate it.

Also, Muslims do have their own calendar, nitwit. As do the Chinese.

Wow the ignorance among the youth is bewildering.

You have not recovered from colonial assault.
New year is for Christians, introduced by Christians and celebrated by Christians and churches.
Chinese, Jews, Indians, Ethiopians and all Muslims have different Calender's.
Who ever proposed removing history from our curriculum has not helped people like you
