both unlocking process works perfect, no limitation of radio or wifi receptions , but you must not wipe a worldwide unlocked iPhone at the point of getting rid of your datas or an update via iTunes pc app else you have to run the worldwide unlock all over again... but you can wipe and update the factory unlock anytime.

Oh? Ok it's tolerable then, was thinking updates were totally forbidden on a worldwide unlocked iPhone..

Yes to some carriers and No to some carriers( which the status normally change to YES at some point) some carriers are just expensive to unlock permanently so people just use d ww unlock. I sold my fixz iohones and started using ww unlock.
