Read a couple of tutorials online, watched some YouTube videos and rooted it myself.

Rooting might spoil (brick) your device so you might wanna get a pro to do it for you if you don't know what you're doing.

Is there any app that can do that ... I tried kingroot but there was no changes

Unless you're using an older version of Android, kingroot won't be able to do it.
