I have tried all means but after few weeks it will come back again. I keep my personal belongings neat.

This thing have been around for years now. After treatment it will come back again. Please help.

You said you have tried a lot of things without giving examples, nevertheless try the following
1. Go for a skin swap test to determine the causative organism but I suspect Fungi
2. Use either of the following antifungal drugs on prescription, Terbinafine, Fluconazole, Ketovonazole etc
3. Maintain a rigorous hygiene, bath twice daily at least with a medicated soap like Mekako, Tetmosol
4. finally get a good anti eczema cream like Sudocrem etc
