The presidency has denied reports making the round that Vice-president Yemi Osinbajo and minister of transportation met with ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo yesterday. Some photos shared on social media showed Osibanjo, Amaechi and Obasanjo together in a place, smiling and shaking hands with many suggesting that it was a meeting. However, the Senior Special Assistant on Media & Publicity to Vice President, Laolu Akande has denied that his boss and Amaechi met Obasanjo in Ota. According to a tweet he posted on his verified handle, the trio met at an airport yesterday and exchanged pleasantries with nothing else transpiring afterwards.
