So I've had my phone for a while now, and was never able to use 4G, I assumed my sim card wasn't a 4G sim, but I tested the sim on another 4G phone and it was working. I then tried making my phone only 4G but the option was not there. It kept reverting to 3G, I even tried using *#*#4636#*#* but it did not work. Can any phone Guru help me out.

Your phone probably doesn't support the GLO 4g network band. While some phones work will all kinds of 4g network bands some are restricted to some particular bands like your Pouvoir 2. Try another 4g network provider like MTN or AIRTEL to confirm if the problem is from your phone. 1 Like 1 Share |

Pouvoir 2 doesn't support band 28 (700MHz) and that is the frequency of Glo 4G LTE 1 Like |

Use other ones like MTN and Airtel. Should work. Maybe the phone doesn't support glo 4G 1 Like |
