We the masses can force the president to do that. Instead of screaming APC or PDP, we can start hashtags, carryout protests and all what not demanding for the removal of some of the service chiefs because they have failed. Even if they r not eventually sacked, they will be forced to fix the malaise in the security architecture.

As long as we politicise this issue, people will keep dying unabated. The military is extremely corrupt and they are happy with what is happening.
