Nigeria Airforce is suppose to lead the war on the jihadist but failure of the Nigeria state to invest in the airforce is costing the country lives of our army officers.
i hereby call on our president as a matter of urgency ask president putin of Russia to lend Nigeria air support for 6 months so that this war can be won once and for all.
The president should order for more attack helicopters and modern jets like F 16 and F 18s if possible use our reserve.
Failure to invest in the air force will mean the war will drag for a very long time and Nigeria men will pay huge price.

Nigeria is just too corrupt

There are people benefiting from this insurgency. Just as you are praying it ends soon, they are praying it never ends. They delay measures that will end the insurgency, so more money will be allocated and allocated. Just look at the expensive lifestyles of both past and present Chiefs of Army staff

Billions are released for security challenges, yet there soldiers are ill equipped. Intelligence within the army is nothing to write about

I stopped believing in Nigeria. Come 2019, I will not vote. I can't wait to get a visa and leave this mess

Nigeria is doomed bro. Nigeria is doomed

You are very correct Bro. But I think that was the reason he made a quick payment for the US fighter jet that the Senators were condemning him for. To me, 2020 for the delivery of those jets is too long.

Nigeria Army were able to overcome the bandits killing people in Benue and others through the fighter jets, this same tactics should be deployed to those bokoharam

Nonsense!
Those people know exactly what they are doing over there! They have spent millions on purchases of fighter jets and drones. Look the Army were there enjoying there selves within the proximity of BH without proper surveillance and the Airforce as useless as in nonexistent in this ramification! No wonder AFRICA IS A CEMETERY FOR AFRICANS!

You just sit in the comfort of your room and type any random thought in your mind. See how simple it is for you.
Better close your mouth and allow the military to do their work.

Bro you're right.
However, we should all support our military in this difficult period.
1. Metele was an out post equipped with light weapons and just less than 200 soldiers.
2. The tower observer saw the BH boys approaching in their large numbers, fully harmed with better guns and shoulder launchers. They should have retreated while calling for backups. They chose to stay, wait and die cheaply. This is wrong.
3. The theater commander erred 100% by not making arrangements for quick engage air support platforms to defend that out post.
4. Even, the gunship that was sighted in the vicinity doesn't look equipped and prepared to engage the ISIS fighters. It left the ground troops to their fate. This is unacceptable.
5. The airforce needs to deploy more of it's platforms.

6. The military should not wait defensively any further for their position to come under attack.

7. The both sides knows the location of each other strongholds, the NA should go on the offensive immediately and fight that mother of all battles they have been too scared to engage.

8. Above all, truth be said, our southern soldiers are good as naval personnels because it's a familiar terrain while the Northern soldiers are very courageous and gallant in desert warfare but have a high propensity to mutiny. Even in ordinary mopol squadron, the northern guys are more gallant in battle. They never run nor get killed. Use them more or deploy the civilian JTF. Redeploy southerners back to their familiar terrain - the Navy and airforce.

We all should support our men and women at the front lines otherwise these whole matter fit lead to conscription.

The jet he ordered from the USA will not be arriving till 2 years from now. I can remember the senate wanted to impeached Buhari because he paid for that jet without authorization from them. The Igbo on NL were screaming everywhere he should be impeached now Ipob is campaigning that it is only Igbo soldiers that are sent to fight boko haram. I just do not understand what the Igbo agenda is really but whatever it is they can be rest assured no one will hand over the presidency to them
Just because they know how to wail on SM.
