Akwa ibom seems very different from other South South, South East States. They are blessed with very progressive leaders(even if they also steal abit ). The only state that makes good use of its 13% derivatives and High monthly allocation. Why some scream marginalization because they don't have functional international airport or seaport. Their governors didn't sulk, rather they built it, The state with a state government owned 5star hotel just like Lagos state

There are some words I come across and when i sit down to reason about it, they just don't make sense to me.

How can you say how you start is not important but how you finish? Both are important sir..
If you lay a solid foundation you will get a solid finishing, if you lay a bad foundation there is no way the building will survive it.


Sometimes these words are only applicable on the context use at the moment and not applicable to everything.

My opinion though.

There's nothing important about starting, budgeting and then looting funds for the same projects and eventually abandoning the same project while the finisher must look for funds or borrow on behalf of the people to complete what you started, embezzle funds for and eventually completing to benefit the people.
