there isn't a moral justification for the president not to sign the bill but we shouldn't hit up the politics inciting the electorate and the incumbent administration all in the name of scoring cheap political goals or soliciting cheap sympathy vote. we all know there are procedures involved in bringing laws into effect, a bill not properly scrutinized would end up bringing about policy conflict in future so many we've being experiencing in this country. like the man above said bring the bill forward let's see what it entails then we would be the judge.
