Honestly bro, I strongly advise you to go for international passport. some few weeks ago, I was in your situation. I used a PVC but the image on it isn't clear to they rejected it. They also rejected NIMC slip.

And I had about $500 in that account. I had no choice than to go for international passport, I paid for express, 30k and it came out in 4 days before that account was verified.

Just go get International passport. If you provide fake ID, you'll lose the account.

They don't have access to our database. They are private firms not government. Most government agencies in Nigeria do not even have access to other agencies database, how much more payoneer.

Maybe the editing was too obvious. There are platforms where you can buy ID of any country for around $30. You can use the ID to verify most things that are verifiable.

Lol, payoneer don't have such access. It will surprise you to know that customs don't have access to BVN hence the capturing done during Passport registration. If they do have access, and since BVN is done with capture, all customs need is just your BVN, then retrieve your details which include the your fingerprint and use it to generate your passport ID. Same thing JTB don't have access to BVN, if they do, then they won't be capturing during TIN registration. All what is needed is just the BVN which has fingerprint attached to it.

If these agencies do not share data, how do you think that ordinary payoneer, a small escrow company will have success access to live database of Nigeria MDAs?

Every mastercard is linked/mapped to an account. So if you are getting a new one, it implies you are getting a replacement of the expired card for the same account. If yes, it means the address is the same but if it has changed, payoneer may request that you do address verification or convince them via live chat or email while the address has changed.

If it was ranking before and suddenly stopped ranking, then you need to talk to CS. Tell them your gig has stopped appearing in search.

They will help you fix it. But if it has never ranked before, then you need to keep trying different titles, descriptions, and tags until you get the right one. In the past, I could rank a new gig within 30 seconds. Buy everything has changed now that even my own gigs just dey crawl.

By name and address, do you mean creating a new account or ordering a new card with previous details used?

2 Options...

A. Close the old account and use same details to create a new account.

B. Maintain your account and order a new card with same details, as long as your address is traceable.

you are wrong..all bank have access to data and can cross check.....the last I open GTB account my details was printed both PVC and BVN because of slight diffrent in name on both......The BVN was done at First Bank but GTB had access to every info...and also PVC Database

You used your PVC to open the account. All banks are connected to CBN where the BVN is domiciled.
