Oshigun:Bro, from the beginning I stated that Ambode had no structure, that is why he was the victim. Now fashola knowing who tinubu was started early to build his structure. He has to fire ambode who was a tinubu loyalist and a snitch in his government. By the second tenure, tinubu wanted to remove him but he already had a structure. Not just did he return for second tenure, he already started preparing himself for the federal level. He did not depend on tinubu to represent him, he went with amechi and made his contribution in his name. By the time buhari won, tinubu brought Ambode to become governor. Wanted to use Ambode to expose fasholas corruption, but it was too late. Fashola already paid his dues. That was the beginning of tinubus humiliation at the federal level. Because he could not control fashola or influence his rejection by the party. Now instead of ambode to learn from fashola, he saw fashola as a traitor and depended totally on tinubu as a loyal son. Knowing that he depended on tinubu 100% , There is nothing tinubu would tell him to.do or not to do that he won't obey. But because tinubu will smile at you while planning behind your back, Ambode did not see it coming. By the time the picture was clear it was too late. Even when the presidency tried to intervene on ambodes behalf, he refused completely, because he does not want to create another fashola in Lagos. Not if buhari wins, ambode will bank on federal powers to return. He had to bring in a fresh loyalist. Mind you that tinubus first choice with buhari was a mistake that cost him and the entire nation a lot. But because he saw how violent the North was for power, considering the fact that Jonathan had an agreement for 1 term with the North, he would have been in trouble if he supported Jonathan. Even obasanjo had to wash his hands off Jonathan, not because he was doing so badly, but because he was a witness to that agreement. Supporting Jonathan then would mean standing against the angry and violent north that was ready to burn down Nigeria. Even Jonathan knew what it would result to and handed over. Today, Nigeria is worse than it was. They subsidy that Jonathan wanted to remove is still there and we are paying more for fuel. So Jonathan's removal was not about incompetence, but the agreement he had for 1 tenure. Like I said, tinubu will not fight buhari openly, but you will see his handwriting on the other side. This is 2 northerners battling it out now, and there is no agreement with anybody. The igbo issue is settled, even if igbos vote atiku and buhari wins, power won't be given to tinubu. Remember, buhari is not the one ruling Nigeria, and those ruling from behind won't spare tinubu if they suspect him of foul play. If they could frustrate Aisha Buhari, who is tunubu? |

PaChukwudi44:It will get to a point the North and yoruba will agree to let an igbos person rule, for peace to reign, since they can't trust each other with power. |
