For almost 2 years nothing happened and she had to go to the hospital to check up and run scan. It was during these scan that she was told that she wasn’t pregnant but had Fibroid.

I don't know where you got that info from, but in saner climes, it is classed as hazardous waste and disposed off by the medical facility, usually by incineration.

2 years That's a long time.The story doesnt add up or she never went for a check up even after 9 months and no baby yet.If she had gone to proper hospital within the space of time with such complaint;there's no medical personnel that won't send her for a scan;which maybe she did;and was told d diagnosis ;but due to finance limitations to undergo surgery or "faith" made her keep it;thinking it will turn to pregnancy ..

Even in the so called saner climes you referred to, which I'm quite certain you've never been to, it is sent to the Lab for further analysis (histology) following which it is then disposed of. That also happens here. But if you don't send to the Lab, it is usually given to the patient, due to traditional and superstitious beliefs. Except they do not want it. If they do, then you must give it to them unless you have evidence that it is 'hazardous'.
