One week later all the South East Governors with Dep Sen. President visited Buhari to say thank you for all you have done in our zone and said pls do more.

One week later, Atiku invited the whole world to his turbaning and birthday, again all South East Governors stayed away including the DSP.

Reconciliation with Ekeremadu and the other SE governors does not guarantee votes from the SE people. Keep in mind that PMB got less that 10% votes from the SE and still emerged winner, how much more now, now that he has raised infrastructure to the pleasing to the SE people

Ekweremmadu is not loved by anyone. Ekweremmadu is not even regarded in PDP. Ekweremmadu has no political value coupled with his corruption cases against him. Obi is more loved and acceptable. PDP and Atiku prefers Obi because he has zero corruption case, he is a technocrat with broad knowledge of economy. Ekweremmadu is a local champion who knows nothing outside political office. Such person is not a material.
