Most of them do change their name while some few don't.
Name changing is not really a big deal in Islam.

The Head of Imams of Bayelsa state Muslims is a complete Igbo man. And he's also the Imam of Yenagoa central mosque. ..just can't remember his name tho.
..And this is a mosque u have more Hausas n Yoruba as worshippers.

There's a town called Enohia in Afikpo LGA of Ebonyi state.
They have a sizeable number of Muslims.The 1st school of Arabic studies in Nigeria is there.
But na soji Muslims naa,Them de behave well,go school well etc.
