Comparing revenue collection from our counties to your state's is just misleading and ego-massaging to your side. We all know these are two different countries with different constitutions - unless you bring us a breakdown of which taxes your states are allowed to collect vis a vis the same that our counties are allowed to collect. Bring me the total revenue collection by your government (Federal government + states) and we can compare with Kenya's total (National government + counties) then we can talk.

I posted a few days ago a sample of almost over 1000km done, Another 2,500km were under construction... Am not sure they will be achieving the rest within this 5 years.
