Stealing and fraud have d same intent which is to deprive a person of his or her entitlement or property 4d purpose of enriching d perpetrator of d act. U are only being overtly defensive even when u haven't been attacked. For your information, stealing and fraud are both criminal offences. Fraud could also b treated as a civil offence. There's no clear line between whether fraud is strictly criminal or civil. Whether one is a criminal offence or d other a civil offence isn't d issue. They are both offences that have d same intent and are treated as such. In that context, there's nothing mischievous about that.

I asked u earlier to quote were I lied. So far u haven't been able to do that. Ur report came much later on d 27th of september, same day that mine came out which sheds more light on d issue. Am sure u also read in d report I posted that d police investigated this guy without being able 2 trace d said 2.5b to him. Since u brought up d issue of criminal proceedings, am sure u aware that d DSS has no powers to detain anyone in such cases Indefinitely. Worst case scenario, it can handover such a person to d police who will commence criminal proceedings against d person. If indeed this guy defrauded lobbyists, then it shouldn't b a problem identifying d lobbyists & getting them to provide evidence of how they paid d guy money so that d case can b settled in court. So my dear, d DSS had nothing on d ADC
