The video u posted is a bit faster than normal, but even at that take a look at the countdown timer in the video, Fury went down at 2:21 and stood at 2:10. That is 11 seconds. Even if it was 10 sec, thats a knockout. This isn't the WWE were the referee assist a fighter to get back on his feet.

Declaring the match draw was the best option for both professionals. Tyson fury performance was excellent as challenger. It's obvious Tyson fury had more points than Deontay wilder.
Wilder need to prove him self beyond just two knockdown as worthy holder of the WBC belt.
