Guys I was scammed this morning, through one platform called dongaatu on facebook the sum of 10,000 naira, I transferred the money to his gtb account, please how do I go about this,,, which of this government institution can I report to,, or should I report at my bank,, guys please I really need your help

file a complaint to your bank.
