Hi everyone, This is festive period and you can bake delicious cupcakes for your family and friends. To make three dozens of vanilla cupcakes you need the following recipe.

500g flour
4 leveled teaspoon baking powder
Little nutmeg to taste
Pinch of cinnamon
300g sugar
400g butter
8 eggs
2 caps of vanilla extract
Raisins

Your dry ingredients - sieve 500g flour and 4 leveled teaspoon of baking powder into a bowl
Add little Nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon

Your wet ingredients - Get another bowl and measure 300g sugar and 400g butter into it
Use your mixer to mix it in a particular direction till it becomes fluffy.
Start adding your eggs one after the other and continue to mix it but do not over mix
Add your 2 caps vanilla extract

Start adding your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and continue to use your mixer to mix it
Add raisins and use your spatula to fold it into the batter

Preheat your oven to 170C and line a 12-hole metal baking pan with paper cups
Scoop in your batter till it is 3/4 full
Place in the oven and allow to bake for 20-24 minutes

Yaay! Your cupcake is ready
You can also package it and sell to make money.
