Saraki is right on this. The governors are thieves, they will never allow such bill to be passed into law because it will reduce their influence over the local governments. Imagine a governor will turn a local government chairman to his toy, give them crumbs from their allocations and still threaten them like children. I hope Wike that always talk about the welfare of Rivers State and her people is not among the governors holding back. |

kingkakaone:Sorry to inform you Rivers already voted against local government autonomy months ago. I disagree with you're assement thst its the evil governors fault. The state assemblies and judiciaries already received financial autonomy in June so they have no excuse. The governor has no veto power against them either. The ball is in their court. Approved LG autonomy: Benue, Plateau, Niger, Bauchi, Sokoto, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers, Kwara and Ogun |

kingkakaone:Yes everything Everything is Wike's fault. Everyone except Victoria Nyeche in the state assembly is useless on this issue. Lol Wike will have dealt with soon since he's the lord if Rivers. |
