Buhari/Osibanjo Trademoni is a scam .
You cannot establish any reasonable Business with 10k .
If you want to help traders and boost small scale trading then partner with Local banks and cooperative societies in Provision of unsecured business loan with reduced interest rate of maybe 2-3% repayable within 4 years that is how to run a business friendly economy .

When is this Trademoni coming to Onitsha make I collect my own take drink ooh MPA beer and Azu Ndu ( Fresh fish ) ?

Do their second Niger bridge, open the Onitsha waterways and open the SS seaport and see Onitsha fly away.

Do you expect an onitsha trader to know several CBN micro credit schemes of this administration, why did they bother going to onitsha sef?
Trader moni is not good, I hear that from those who use 10k to buy data not the beneficiaries hawking sachet water with it, if government helps the poor, it becomes a scam, vote buying etc, if it helps the petrol marketers, you call it "subsidy", if it helps bank executives, you call it "bail out", if it helps the power companies you call it "multi tariff subsidy"please allow beneficiaries to worry about their change.
