My mum's visit visa and biometric submitted at Abuja embassy on the November 1, 2018 (Paper application).

Received acknowledgement email on November 3, 2018.

Received application accepted/processing email on November 13, 2018.

Passport ready to pick up email on November 30, 2018.
5yrs visa issued

Credentials submited:
Mum's pension credentials and her Nigerian bank statement, my sister and brother birth certificate and dad's consent letter as family tie.
invitation letter from me with stamp (don't want to risk it).
our pay stubs, bank statement and house paper showing we are capable to take care of her expenses here.

Too bad expect a refusal with 5years inadmissible no two ways about it. If you know what is good for you quickly before your application is processed send them an email saying you erroneously omitted your USA visa refusal on your application

How are they going to find out. What of if someone has been refused let say Spanish visa before and you didn't mention it. How will they know.

Vacation and birth tourism were our reasons for applying. Got lots of info from here and dove into the application right away, just so grateful to God that we had our application processed quite quickly.

You can track from vfs if you have a tracking number. Or you go to CIC page and login in through gckey

Hello, please I also want to apply for my mum as soon as I get my COPR. What do I fill for accommodation details on her application form considering I want her to land with me and I won't have an accommodation by then.

@ rukayatd the application is online not paper route, is it possible to track from VFS, mwhile l only have application number that started with V. . . how and where can l get the gckey.

You are free to reapply anytime, except you were told not to reapply in your refusal letter. But you should know the reasons why you were denied at first and then try to cover the lapses when reapplying again.

I had applied to go study for my masters in Canada sometime this year but was refused Visa.
I have my brother in Canada, and right now am looking at visiting him in Canada with the intention to still apply for my study permit. The question is, will they refuse me visiting visa because I had already applied for study permit, will they see it like am desperate?

Paid receipts of my previous childbirths(US born)
Cof O and deed of assignments of land and house
My business SoA (had about 800k balance)
Funds investment letter
Business Incorporation docs
Proof of travel history(flight tickets)
Hotel reservation
Flight reservation
Proposed Budget Spreadsheet (for the entire period you'll be staying)
A well written statement of Purpose(describing my job, job functions, the doctor's and hospital arrangements you have made, an understanding of the terms of a TRV regarding taking full financial responsibilities of all medical bills incured, my travel plans including date of intended travel and dates the rest of my family members will be coming to join me.Just include any other info you think describes you and the ties that bind you to your home country, I even included my children's school fees receipts)
Marriage certificate
Hubby was the Principal applicant so we included his:
SoA
Letter of Introduction from his employers stating his salary, leave days approved and position in the organisation.
Letter of invitation( he has a childhood friend he intends to visit when he arrives Canada before the baby comes)
He also wrote a detailed Statement of Purpose for himself

Send d receipt ASAP and explain why u didn't see their mail on time.

I got a travel consultant who said he can help me secure a pharmaceutical conference invitation (because that's where I work presently) and book hotel for me there also at a cost of 250k (250k covers conference fee, consultation fee and hotel reservation according to him).I asked if after getting there I can be able to stay back because conference can't take longer than 2 weeks and he said it's possible for me to stay back.
My questions are: 1. is he real with that charge of 250k for all
2. Is it possible to stay back after Conference without being tagged an illegal immigrant.

My parents have visited me in canada twice while I was a student and both times sponsored themselves. This time around I wish to sponsor them as I have a good paying job and one of them is also retired. Their SOA is quite low at the moment so I was wondering is it possible for me to use just my SOA? It will have around 15K CAD balance at least and yearly take home is around 90K

Good evening great people here. Please my aunt had been to the US before and gave birth to her daughter in the US. Whenever she goes she spent more than 6months and when she went again before her 2 years visa expired she was deported at port of entry for overstating beyond 6months on at each visit. Now she want to apply for Canadian visit visa with hotel reservation. Please what are the document she have to provide. She has a business that is not registered. Also she has landed properties and an ongoing building projects? And please how many months visa does Canadian embassy issue to applicants? Someone said they will issue the visa based on your passport validity. Is this true? Thanks.
