Good morning fellow Nairalanders....
I started experiencing frequent urination while in secondary school( I'm now a University graduate)
I have done FBS: 79 mg/dl
I have the feeling to urinate after every one hour but I can delay to pee if I want
I don't experience painful urination
This frequent urination occurs during the day( I wake up just once at night to pee)
I'm not sexually-active
I'm 25 years old
Please what else should I do?

This is a health issue.

Try visiting a hospital you might be asked to do urine mcs or hvs or ecs to rule out urinary tract infection you musnt be sexually active to have it, or maybe a scan too...or probably to repeat glucose test...no fear your health is not deteriorating just make out time for a general hospital

Buy ciprofloxacin. I believe you are suffering from urinary tract infection, its not always sexually transmitted.

I only urinate frequently..... I have ruled out Diabetes cos my FBS is 79 mg/dl

u only urinate frequently? Kk, causes of frequent urination
include

1. urinary track infection (when bacteria enter the bladder through urithra)

2. overactive bladder ( when the bladder muscle is over active)

3. bladder stones

4. diabetes

5. interstitial cystitis

6. weakened pelvic floor muscles

7. Others


My opinion:

to solve a problem u have to known d cause of the problem 1st, so without u knowing the cause of ur frequent urinary u will not treat it correctly, i do not want to guess, so is better u do a laboratory test to know what is causing d frequent urination

My advice:

try and see a doctor who specialize in urology, i mean a specialist in urology in any near by hospital, he/she we tell u what to do better

Infection is my best guess. Take ciprofloxacin.
