Hello, I used uc browser and it came out complete, I just printed them out now, download it on you PC and it will work.

please how do I fix this my blank attestation form....it's worrisome...

Am having d same issue here ooo!! Might go wit it that way unsigned sef its better than forging something .....just ensure u have d letter of good character to back it up sha....God help us!

For those of you that refused to sign the form pending when they release the list. I want to believe you have figured out a way to get those documents signed? because no Local government office will open during the weekend.

Yes baba... They know people are traveling from various places. We are not witches Na... I feel the main thing will start on the 10th but be sure to arrive on the 9th if u are shortlisted

Please Can print out of WAEC be used instead of originals? I have all other documents except this original WAEC..

can we allow someone to sign on it like that even without the lines or spaces to sign on it....instead of submitting it like that

You can retry using Google chrome. I just downloaded my Local Government Attestation form now using chrome

After using the uc I discovered that it was not clear, so the guy at the computer center worked on it for me, cos no coloured printer

Lucky u!! I was at d cafe dis evening&it kept saying invalid number/email.....will try another cafe tomorrow, my issue now is when to sign cos liason offices won't open till on monday
