That people voted without Pvc doesnt mean they dont have pvc. It simply means that the Card Reader malfunctioned and an Inccidence Form was signed for acredited voters to vote without using their pvcs.

Fellow Nigerians, when I saw this post I knew something is wrong with the data because I can remembered that the difference between the outcome of the results was around 2m votes, I tried to recalled that the winner got a total of either 13m+ or 14+ votes, just to be sure I have to Google it to confirm before commenting. I also remembered that Akwa-Ibom results came last and it was close to 1m votes. See the attached pictures of little i can find. I'll advise fellow Nairalanders to always Google to substantiate fact before raining abusive words or commenting it will do us good.
