Yeah you could withdraw directly from Payoneer to your local account in Nigeria. although there would be a certain service charge. probably about $15 or so. I'm not certain

However, to withdraw from his fiverr account directly to local bank account will attract a service fee of $15 no matter the amount you are withdrawing.
