I have a friend, his CGPA is not up.to 2.20 in HND 2 first semester, in laspotech, laspotech lower credit is 2.50. that means he is in pass, can he graduate with that and do NYSC and still get good job or he should repeat the program again, coz I told.him to take new form, and seat tight, I just want to hear your opinion about this also.

to be realistic he should do it again
Even people that had upper credit in HND are facing discrimination.
