Let's not be carried away, as at today, card reader is not in the electoral act but only contained in the INEC guideline besides whether we like it or not the Supreme court has settled this matter in the case of Wike vs Peterside where it held that INEC guideline cannot supersede the electoral act.

Hence, where the card reader fails, incidence forms and manual verification will be used since according to Supreme court judgment in the case of Wike vs Peterside, Umana Umana vs Udom Emmanuel and Okezie Ikpeazu vs Alex Otii, it is recognized by the electoral act while the card reader is not. Anything short of that will amount to illegality and disenfranchisement of legitimate voters.

This is my personal opinion you are free to add yours....

Problem with manual verification is that in many cases, Rogue INEC officials who have been paid by political parties would claim that the Card Readers are failing and then abandon them for manual verification thereby enabling people to vote with cloned PVCs. This was one of the loopholes observed in last election

This was how Buhari won election, 75% of voters who voted without card readers voted for Buhari.

Now Osinbajo is going round the country collecting PVC numbers in the name of TraderMoni while Buhari refuses to sign the amended electoral act to seal these loopholes, a ploy to rig the elections again.

Buhari should not be afraid to play a fair and square game! Bring it on let’s test your TRUE popularity among the Nigerians you’re leading!

If Senate overrides the president then the Card reader becomes LAW. President will get off his comfort zone and start campaigning. He’s still sitting there hoping on Gandollar and others to bring him magic 15 Million votes

Till the override is done, incidence forms and manual verification Remains valid and legal.
