I ordered A 3 pro five days ago through jumia and paid with jumiapay. Since then, my order was awaiting fulfilment. I just woke to seeing a regret mail that my order has been cancelled because the device is out of stock. I'm hoping I get a refund within 24HRS as promised so I can order directly from aliexpress. So painful after waiting this long.

I am aware of about 22 people that received such emails...... No point holding buyers money, while stock is stuck........

The same buyers would open threads on nairaland complaining.........
