same here I can't access other sites on opera mini just nairaland.... I can't download files larger than 15mb.... I can't access Google play and chrome..... I'm unable to sign in my Google account don't know if that is the cause..... any help huh

when I try signing in it rolls and rolls checking and then it finally tells I can't access Google server I should try later

Well, when I used umidigi A1 pro, I only enjoyed it with mtn and airtel line. Glo was a no go area for me. I could hardly browse with glo sim on my umidigi a1 pro then. Anyways, why don't you do a factory rest maybe?

I use Airtel and network is pretty strong here is it the hard setting erase everything you are suggesting or the volume down plus power reset?

I have already apply the gift card to my amazon UK need a UK address cos no seller ship to Nigeria, he's back in Nigeria since last 2 weeks

Have you tried an MTN, Glo or 9 mobile sim?

Hard setting erase everything. Then later you will update your phone again. How u see am?

It's Not An Issue.
There's A Solution However,
but it's worthy to note I'm a Xiaomi user.
had the same ISH with my redmi 5 plus.

1. Go to about phone.

2. Tap The Internal Storage Part Continuously Until You See Something Like "You're 3 Steps Away From Entering Phone Information". Click Until You Enter PhoneInfo.

3. Go To Phone Information one (SIM One) or phone information 2(SIM Two.)

4. Click The One You Want Too Change Either Sim One Or Two.

5. Then GoThe Option Where you see "Select Preferred Network" and chose LTE/WCDMA.

You're Done.

I hope this works for y'all umidigi users.

Those of you using Airtel, check your access point. Change APN from Zain internet to Airtel internet. In some phones, it Zain internet and Zain wap. Select the former.
Those using Glo, change settings from glosecure to gloflat and vice versa

I use the umidigi A3
I don't have any connectivity issue.
Airtel Network 4G, 3G working fine

If you use Airtel change your APN from Zain to Airtel

Download MTK engineering app
Go to MTK settings >Network selecting >choose sim card option > set to WCDMA only (3G only) or LTE only (4G only)

Follow this procedure if you experience auto switch between 4G/3G/2G(it's due to poor Network some areas)
Download "MTK engineering mode mode start" app

Alternatively
**For SIM 1

DAIL *#*#4636#*#* and you'll get a pop up screen
Go to 'phone information' >> set preferred Network type >>
Choose LTE(4G) only or WCDMA(3G) only
Done.

Mind u there is no mast near me and i have even gone to lasu yesterday nd i didn't lose my 4G...
So its the network you use not Umidigi
