had the same ISH with my redmi 5 plus.


1. Go to about phone.

2. Tap The Internal Storage Part Continuously Until You See Something Like "You're 3 Steps Away From Entering Phone Information". Click Until You Enter PhoneInfo.

3. Go To Phone Information one (SIM One) or phone information 2(SIM Two.)

4. Click The One You Want Too Change Either Sim One Or Two.

5. Then GoThe Option Where you see "Select Preferred Network" and chose LTE/WCDMA.

You're Done.

I hope this works for y'all umidigi users.

same here I can't access other sites on opera mini just nairaland.... I can't download files larger than 15mb.... I can't access Google play and chrome..... I'm unable to sign in my Google account don't know if that is the cause..... any help when I try signing in it rolls and rolls checking and then it finally tells I can't access Google server I should try later

Those of you using Airtel, check your access point. Change APN from Zain internet to Airtel internet. In some phones, it Zain internet and Zain wap. Select the former.
Those using Glo, change settings from glosecure to gloflat and vice versa

I'M using my umidigi a3 just for music and videos. I'm not able to browse since the phone automatically goes back to 2g. Even if I set it to 3g only, it will go back to 2g in less than a minute . My Airtel doesn't do that since an Airtel mast is just at my backyard. Just fed up.
