Excluding d shirt, it is an Urhobo attire. Let me educate u guys before haters show. The Urhobo traditional shirt is similar to this one but bigger. This one he wore is an inner wear for workor or angapu. Eastern Ijaw peeps would know what I mean.

The traditional Urhobo shirt is bigger. Usually d down is fuller than d up as opposed to this one that is straight from up to down. Back in d day Ibori used to wear it. Nowadays Niger Delta attires are kinda similar to each other if not d same. Plus to us though.
The pix below is similar to d traditional Urhobo attire we know and admire. Doh.
