pls house my tecno phone can longer collect music or videos from other phone, i have deleted the zender some many time still the same issue. it keep searching but will not find any near by device.... i need help

First verify if your phone wifi and Hotspot still works. That will be the issue. If it doesn't work, then u will have to reflash your phone firmware

that's my issue they wifi and hotspot aren't working, and i have flash the phone still no avail....... but which one is firmware?

No oo, u have to do a firmware flash not normal phone reset. What phone are u using?

generally go through that site. If u still can't handle it, take the phone to phone repairs in markets so they do it for u!

Take it to Carlcare

Do a factory reset. Back up your files first though

Update Xender on your Tecno
It will fix the issue.
