abeg what's the meaning of over 2 million.

Peter obi in his debate said Nigeria has over 2 million cars.
what does over two million means. because some people now said that he is wrong that it is 12 million.

so what does the over two million means, is it not 2 million and above?

You lot can't teach us basic English and correct mathematical estimation. The statement over 2million is estimative context of counts in number over 2m but less than 2.5m. The same way the number in context can be in used like almost 3m I.e more than 2.5m but not up to 3m.

This has nothing to do with 11m or 12m . get educated and stop spilling shiiits to worship lies .
