The Chinese OEM, which started with affordable Android, with a not-so-impressive battery life, has continued to solidify its position as a leading brand in not just Nigeria, but across Africa.

I remember my first Tecno phone, I had to make sure my charger is not far from me just to avoid the issue of low battery on every 2-3 calls. But, all that is a thing of the past, Tecno has upgraded her phone specifications to become competitive with global brands like iPhone, Samsung, HTC; at least, even if it's not acceptable by some select group, a larger percentage of the market feels it offers the same value at a cheaper price.
