Nice post, but all these u mentioned above can only be effective if you are not on a shared hosting!
I have hacked a server and found 6,743 website in it...now those web owners think they are secured but I could easily deface all 6k website in seconds with a simple script (even if they have ur security in place!!)cos I have root access in the server they are hosted


Am not here to discredit ur work but u should view website security from a hacker's perspective before offering solutions!
