firstly, who bought those players that you are complaining about. who bought pogba, who bought lukaku, who bought baily, who bought the lamp post called matic, who bought sanchez the pensioneer, who bought fred.... Mourhino bought fred and he is not playing him... we all know fred is a decent player from his shaktar days... now fred is a bench warmer Mourhino has no idea how to play fred, samething happened with mhikitaryn ... Mourhino bought him and couldnt figure out how to play him until he exchanged him for a great player sanchez, mourhino's negativity has turned sanchez to a pensioneer. He bought all these players and couldnt use them well and he is asking for more money to buy new set of players!!! NONSENSE!!!

Now can you tell me one player that Mourhino has improved his game or have developed since he came to Man Utd... NONE!!! instead he kills players. Just look at Klopp at Liverpool and how he resurrected the career of James Milner who was practically finished, see other young players like trent and robertson. That's how you know a good coach .... they bring out the best in players.

You're not telling yourself the truth. You can't have a team of world class players, you just have to manage the ones you have well. Liverpool have a lot of average players but klopp managed them well.
Chelsea, arsenal and Tottenham also have average players but guess what they are still doing better than mourinho. He bought Sanchez, Pogba, Bailly, Fred, Lukaku and he still complains about them. Tell me whose fault is that?
