Lagos state emergency management agency reacts to viral video of a man who put them on blast after trying to report a robbery in his area..

Read their statement below;

We have spooled the voice recordings concerning the incident making rounds on social media. , Here are our finding. The first call was received by a member of our ERC at 11:06pm and was terminated due to network issues.

However his third call was received by Another ERC ‪at 11:10pm‬, & was properly handled and escalated. We have a Quality Assurance team that vets every phone call and if it wasnt handled properly it would be dealt with from our end. #Call112 #LagosCares

Did you notice their reaction did not make any comment on the second call? They could rationalize the first call but kept mute on the second and went on to talk about the third.

The second call was the one he alleged the ERC hissed
