it can play gta 4 smoothly and gta 5 in very low settings, my pc spec 8gb ram, 2.5ghz, hd4000

Chief. GTA V should work. Jack all the settings to low. You Can keep the resolution at high. GTA IV is a bad idea. Its very unstable and very laggy even on gaming laptops not to talk of your laptop. Just get GTA V .. its lighter on the graphics than GTA IV. But consumes more RAM Memory.

there's no way to get it to work?
