You need a software to make that happen. Those kinda softwares are called Emulators. Google search for any good Emulator, and you are good to go. cheers.

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package both 32-bits and 64-bits versions, install and run the game again

you can either download direct x or download the missing dll files and put them in the system folder

It's missing msvcp100.DLL, that's a Microsoft Visual C++ DLL file

which c++ did you install?..

make sure it's 2010, if you have a 32bit system install the 32bit version and if you have a 64bit system, install both(64 & 32)
if you alrealdy have them installed, click "repair" next time you install it, and restart your system before opening pes.

no! Don't reinstall it, just install c++ and restart your computer, then open the pes you already installed..
