As a single person my budget for food is really having an heavy weight on my revenue.
In a month I spend at least #30,000 on feeding.
It makes me wonder, so the married people with 4 kids will be spending close to 30000×6=#180,000 for feeding monthly?

Please share your approximate cost of feeding in a month and how you manage to cut down the cost.

If you don't cook your meals yourself and you love fancy restaurants, you will even spend more that 30k

I cook sometimes and I don't patronize does fancy restaurant for breakfast, dinner or lunch, only on rear occasions.

Let me just calculate what my guy eats most evenings.

4 noodles + 2 eggs = N500
One roast turkey wing = N600
Water = N70
Total = N1170

1170 X 4 days a week =N4680
4680 X 4 weeks a month = N18720

This is just dinner calculation and if I'm in the picture, I must collect my own turkey too. If I calculate my own, I might develop a heart attack. Life of a bachelor in Lagos.

A plate of Jollof rice from Mummy Olivia with salad and eggs = 500 (Breakfast)
Plate of Fufu and soup = 500 (dinner)
Water = 100 (a bag of sachet water)
Therefore...1100 × 31= 34,100 & that's only me.... If you come join Bae or any visiting friend....
