The. Dry season Is around the corner and now is the time to start preparation for the next rain-feed farming season. Farm clearing may start as early as late December through February. This will allow the cleared weeds/felled trees dry well and as a result, a very effective burning of the debris/cleared weed. For those that may want to use mechanical tools. Start out early will allow ample time between clearing, first ploughing and second ploughing when all available cleared weeds will have decomposed and incorporated in the soil as compose.
Henceforth, for those that are looking for where to start out, we have fertile and secured farmland that are free of acquisition, free from herdsmen, motor able (easy and quick access to Lagos, Abeokuta and Ibadan). The farmlands are in Odeda local govt. Ogun state and are as follows:
(1) Odeda one: 500+ acres of land @ 110k per acre
(2) Odeda two: 50 acres farmland @ 150k per acre
(3) Odeda three: 5 acres farmland @ 160k per acre
(4) Odeda four: 5 Acres farmland @ 150k per acre.
(5) Odeda five: 200 Acres farmland @ 170k per Acre.
