A friend of mine transfered some money from his GTBank account to my Zenith bank account yesterday from about 10 am but it wasn't until after 2 pm that I was credited while he had been debited immediately. Another person transferred from his own GTBank account to my zenith account at around 4 pm but up till now I haven't been credited while he has been debited. Please am I the only one experiencing this? What can I do? I have tried reaching out to the customer care services of both banks but they aren't forthcoming. |

First make sure the transfer was successful, next time always ask for a screenshot of the transfer success message . If it was successful then it is probably network issues and it might take some hours or days to be resolved. |
