InSanety:
some people are able to tell a stressed mind, even when the person is smiling. There are people with degrees for these kinds of things and years of experience. So, this is not about him exercising, and some people look very fresh when exercising, irrespective of the strenuous work out.

Lifting a dumb bell does not even count as strenuous work out, I agree with that fellow's postulations, especially the part about not looking fresh, of course, that may have more to do with his diet.
