Fine. Every society has criminals, and those are the criminals in the religion. Islam doesn't support terrorism and the prophet of Islam, peace be upon him lived peacefully with non Muslims that are harmless. We hate terrorists far more than you do.

However Muslims are not permitted to join in the celebration of Christmas or the rest. And whoever does it has no evidence whatsoever from the Islamic tradition. Although, it is compulsory to live in peace with everyone, there is a clear limit.

The same scripture that command living in peace with people stated that we shouldn't join in the celebration without ambiguity.

What's the essence of preaching peaceful coexistence if the non Muslims were deemed harmful in the first place?
