The Nigeria Police Force is set to parade some suspects involved in the murder of the immediate past Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh (retd.).

The suspects will be paraded at the headquarters of the NPF in Abuja on Thursday.

“We have made a breakthrough in the case and we’ve arrested suspects who will be paraded on Thursday,” a source said.

The former CDS was killed in the evening of December 18, 2018 while returning from his farm.

His Tundra Toyota truck was riddled with bullets piercing the windscreen and killing him instantly.

Out of the three occupants of the vehicle, however, Badeh was the only one that was killed thereby fueling speculations that he was assassinated.

You can be forgiven for being doubtful because during PDP era of total destruction, this incidence would have been "kill and carry go". The killers would have been dancing on the grave of their victim and afterwards pay condolence visit to the bereaved family to shed PDP tears. But under PMB, you do a crime you get caught.

They've probably gone and got some criminals who commited a different offence, and made a secret deal with them to own up to committing this offence with the story that they only wanted to rob him! With this, they'd be promised money and to be secretly released when the dust over the assassination settles!

With what did they capture the culprits so soon; CSI....forensics!? The real culprits are probably in Niger or Chad as we speak!

Not even the Air Force will believe this police story. They will continue working on the background to identify the killers while the police keep parading common criminals and pilferers.
