It is very good to see the massive crowd that came to graced the APC flag-off presidential rally today in Akwa Ibom State. I am especially impressed by our President's short speech which was very direct and not apportioning of blame on PDP sixteen years as the reason for APC almost four years of misrule. But at the beginning of his short address, the President was reading from a paper which was handed over to him by one of his aids and I thought the president wanted to read from a prepared script as usual. However, Mr President returned the script immediately after he read a few lines which comprise the names of the dignitaries he intended to recognize their presents while went on to says the rest his address from heart.
My question is, why did Mr President has to read the names of people like APC national chaiman, Adam Oshomole, National Leader, Bola Tinubu from the script? Could it be that the President did not know their names or has forgotten? if

Because the names were written in the list. Besides, they were a lot of dignitaries, which could be exhaustive. They had to keep it short, acknowledging the most important for the occasion

Because he does not want to lump all the dignitaries together and remember only his dog name.

If you know you know.

how did you know what was written in the piece of paper. How did you know it was names and not some key/urgent information being passed.
